The purchase agreement in your letter outlines our offer price, the acreage, and the parcel number. Look it over and see if it's something you'd consider.

Call us with questions

If you have questions about the offer or the process, give us a call. We're happy to talk through it. If the offer doesn't work for you, there's nothing further required.

Sign and return if you'd like to proceed

If you'd like to move forward, sign the purchase agreement and send it back to us by email or mail. We'll handle the rest and close through a licensed title company.

Is this legitimate?

Yes. FM Realty is a real estate company that buys and sells vacant land. We send letters to property owners whose land we may be interested in purchasing. The purchase agreement is a real offer.

Do I have to do anything?

No. There's no obligation to respond or accept. If you're not interested in selling, you don't need to do anything.

Who pays closing costs?

We do. If we come to an agreement, FM Realty covers all closing costs. The offer price in the letter is what you receive.

Do I need a real estate agent?

No. This is a direct transaction between you and FM Realty. You don't need an agent and there are no commissions involved.

What if I want a different price?

Give us a call. We try our hardest to come to terms that work for everyone, and we're open to having that conversation.

How do I send back the signed agreement?

You can email a signed copy to the address in your letter, or mail the original back to us. Either works.
